Azure DevOps Services + DeepSource
We’re excited to announce that DeepSource now offers first-class integration with Azure DevOps Services (ADS), enabling engineering teams to seamlessly combine the power of our code health platform with Microsoft’s comprehensive suite of tools that power software development and deployment for some of the world’s largest enterprises.
Teams on Azure DevOps can enable DeepSource on their Azure Repos for continuous static analysis, SAST, IaC, and secrets scanning; and configure Azure Pipelines to send coverage artifacts to DeepSource for visualizing code coverage metrics and setting up quality gates on each pull request.
Simplified Setup
Sign in to your DeepSource account, or sign up for a new one if you don’t already have one. On your DeepSource dashboard, click Add an account in the account switcher on the top left. You can create a new DeepSource workspace with your existing ADS organization in a couple of clicks. No additional steps are required!
Continuous Analysis
Once DeepSource is active on a repository, every pull request will be analyzed automatically by DeepSource. You can set up quality gates to block these pull requests if any code quality or security issues are found or if a metric value, such as line coverage, is failing the threshold.
